The Mentoring Programme in English is a course aimed at master's students at the University of Turku, which includes coaching meetings common to all participants as well as meetings with their own mentor. For students who enroll in the mentoring program, i.e. Mentees, a mentor who matches the student's career aspirations is sought. A mentor is typically a university graduate who already has more experience in the field corresponding to the student's plans. During the program, the student can discuss with the mentor and with other students in a learning environment, for example, questions and feelings related to employment. It is good to note that mentors are doing voluntary work when participating in the programme and offering their time to it. You can show your appreciation by being prepared and active in the mentoring process.

This Moodle course is for those participants in the Mentoring Programme 2025 who wish to receive credits for their participation.
