Course provides education on manufacturing processes. This includes both traditional as well as emerging digital manufacturing processes and the fundamental principles involved in these processes, their advantages as well as limitations etc. such processes as Forming, Casting, Welding, Machining, Laser based processes, Thermal spray etc. The course runs through the various processes having a strong connection to product design and Digitalization of Manufacturing (DoM) aspects.
