- are able to use different expression techniques and ,materials for producing images related to their culture and identity and the world of art
- are familiar with art as a phenomena
- are able to use various ways to interpret the visual culture
- understand the significance of visual culture and how it reflects and constructs the cultural identities
- are able to produce visual communication
- are familiar with different conceptions of art and approaches to teaching visual arts
- are able to plan the teaching of visual arts using learning materials for visual arts
