The course teaches students to understand and apply multivariate
research methods as used in social science research. Multivariate
procedures include multiple regression analysis with estimation of
models for both continuous and categorical dependent variables. The
course provides concrete and practical real world examples of data
analyses and develops skills in using the statistical software package
Stata.
