Contents: The course aims to help students to gain a better understanding of the various ways in which welfare policies have evolved in East Asia in order to be able to engage critically with the debates and challenges surrounding the current East Asian welfare regimes.
Taken as: Contact hours 12 h (6 x 2 hrs) combining teaching and discussion of reading assignments, final exam.
