In this distance learning alternative there are no scheduled classes. Instead, students practice theme areas and complete threshold tasks individually and in groups in order to qualify for key graded tasks.

Students wanting to take the distance class must commit to check their email and the moodle area regularly and be prepared to arrange semi-regular meetings with their assigned group in order to pass through the threshold tasks. Furthermore, independent work requires a strong work ethic, initiative and a willingness to be flexible with your schedule. Despite not meeting in class, this course includes a high degree of interaction, both with the teacher and your fellow students.
