After the course the student understands the main points of clear standard speech on familiar topics regularly encountered in work, studies, free time, etc. The student can communicate in tasks requiring simple information on familiar topics and activities. The student understands texts that consist mainly of high frequency everyday or job-related vocabulary and phrases. The student can write simple text connected with topics which are familiar or of personal interest.
