Tavoitteet
After passing the course the student knows the theoretical basics of FT NMR spectroscopy, the general design of a modern FT NMR instrument, and the steps involved with running and processing some common NMR experiments. The student is familiar with the most common pulse sequences for the measurement of 1D and multidimensional NMR spectra, and knows of their uses and information content.
