Objectives
In this course you should learn the basic sample preparation techniques for microscopic experiments, learn how to select the best imaging method for your purposes. Increased awareness on what kind of imaging-based experiments are actively run at the campus, what are their advantages and disadvantages, and how these could be applied to one’s own research questions.
