After the course, student can cope mostly in Finnish in everyday, routine communication situations but still leans on the help of the communication partner. In addition to knowing phrases and separate words student can also understand main points of longer conversations and messages. Student uses familiar, basic vocabulary and phrases. Student can ask for the communication partner to repeat or to slow down the speech. The vocabulary and expressions of the topics covered on the course are familiar to the student. Student can talk and write short texts about the topics covered on the course. Student can pronounce Finnish understandably. Student masters some basic grammar of Finnish. Along with the increasing use of Finnish the student integrates stronger to the Finnish society.
