Objectives
The course provides an experiental learning opportunity on complex problem solving through digital business innovation. The student will learn to work and innovate in parallel with the problem, solution prototypes and business model to create validated solution concepts for complex problems. In this course the problems that the student teams work on need to have strong connection to sustainable development challenges.
Students will get hands on experience on:
- Complex problem solving, opportunity recognition and innovation.
- Lean startup method and customer development.
- Digital business models, platform business models.
- Product/service prototyping.
- Teamwork and customer/stakeholder collaboration.
- Sustainable entrepreneurship, triple bottom line thinking.
