FUTUS7 - Co-created futures theme
Students are able to apply their knowledge of Futures Studies to work on a relevant contemporary case, either as hands-on participation or the presentation of work by a currently-working expert in the field. Students gain experience in teaching futures studies by co-creating the course contents with the teacher.
In 2024 the co-created futures theme is once more focusing on participatory methods in futures studies, with a particular emphasis on skills related to the facilitation, organisation, and design of futures workshops and participatory interventions.
In 2025, this course will receive a new designation FUTULAB6 and will place a greater emphasis on developing scientific knowledge through participatory futures methods, as well as expanded content up to 6ECTS.
