Held on August 26-30, 2024.

This course includes small group sessions that cover the most important tools for structural, functional, and diffusion imaging (including FreeSurfer, SPM, CAT, FSL, fMRIprep, XCP-D, QSIprep) and necessary command line skills to operate these tools (Docker, bash and script writing basics). Furthermore, this course involves basic statistical modeling with the output (either built into the neuroimaging tools, such as FSL’s Randomise, or general statistics programs such as R) as well as visualization of results.
