Objectives

The course offers problem-based learning. After completing the course, the student should acquire technical and individual working skills, as well as master the following four levels of competence:
- knowledge,
- understanding,
- analyzing,
- application to practice

The student should acquire the following course-specific skills:
- understand a user-centric approach to acting online and interpret processes and phenomena analyzed in the course.
- be able to recognize and critically analyze multiple legal and socio-legal aspects concerning acting online in different roles and apply the knowledge in practice.
- be able to identify the relevant cases issued by international courts; master the basic international legal literature on the topics covered in the course, jurisprudence, and normative documents; and be able to apply them in oral and written argumentation.

Additionally, the student should acquire the following generic skills:
- learn to compose summaries, focused presentations, and concise study aids from course materials and lectures
- learn collaborative study methods
- learn lifelong project management skills, teamwork, networking, and leadership skills
- learn to present arguments orally and in writing
- learn to give a constructive feedback
