This course belongs to the programme: Master's Degree Programme in Human Neuroscience 2024-2027.

Language: English

This course includes small group work and assignments that cover the most important tools for structural, functional, and diffusion imaging (such as FreeSurfer, SPM, CAT, FSL, fMRIprep, XCP-D, QSIprep) and necessary command line skills to operate these tools (Docker, bash and script writing basics). Furthermore, this course teaches statistical modeling with the output (either built into the neuroimaging tools, such as FSL’s Randomise, or general statistics programs such as R) and visualization of results. The role of AI tools will be incorporated into methodological teaching.

The course will also cover latest recommendations on how to promote sustainable development in human neuroimaging data collection and analyses.
