Objectives
The participants can:
a) Reflect on the different manifestations of inequality in law and society;
b) Discuss how the law creates, or recreates, inequality;
c) Discuss how groups and individuals may mobilise in order to change their societal and legal positions;
d) Identify and formulate meaningful research questions;
e) Identify legal and interdisciplinary methods which are suitable for the research question;
f) Engage in peer-review;
g) Recognise relevant literature in light of their research questions.
