The independent course has two parts:
Part 1) Completing the Critical Discourse Analysis exam via EXAM (https://exam.utu.fi/student/exams/23460/1).
The exam consists of two essays. You are asked to write two essays on select topics discussed in 'The Practice of Critical Discourse Analysis' by Bloor, T. and Bloor, M. (2007, Taylor & Francis). You will be presented with FOUR questions pertaining to CRITICAL DISCOURSE ANALYSIS. Answer ONLY TWO of the four questions. Ignore the other two options (leave them blank). There is no maximum word count. The nominal recommended word count is approximately 500 words for each essay.
