Objectives
After completing the course, the student is familiar with next generation sequencing (NGS) methods and their applications, and can design a NGS-based project, prepare DNA and RNA samples and a sequencing library for NGS. Further, the student can apply diverse methods for quantitative and qualitative DNA and RNA analysis. The student is confident in working independently in molecular biology laboratory and can apply the methods in research projects.
