Objectives
Students develop their academic writing competence by for instance:
-developing their own MA thesis into an article
-developing an existing MA thesis into an article (in collaboration with the original author)
Students can find, evaluate potential target outlets and identify a target outlet
Students can identify the main messages in a larger text and condense the larger text to a format that is in line with the target outlet.
Students demonstrate that are able to translate the main messages from a larger text (MA thesis) into a condensed format that can be send to a journal or conference aiming at an officially recognized publication .
