Objectives
By the end of the course the students should:
- Understand the fundamental rules and principles governing the internal market of the EU
-Be able both to analyze and to evaluate critically the main norms related to the four freedoms of the EU
-Have an in-depth understanding of selected contemporary issues and problems relating to the application of the law of the internal market.
-Be able to engage in legal research
-Be able to present research findings both in writing and orally through the medium of English
-Be able to assess and discuss research produced by other students.
