Objectives
The student will develop a deep and critical understanding of the nature of European Union and legal integration, and of the challenges and tensions that the EU is encountering.
The student will develop the ability to analyse and evaluate key controversies in the field of EU law.
The student will acquire legal research skills, including the analysis and evaluation of academic articles and case law.
