Objectives
After the course, the student will be able to
* assess and design definitions of basic software components (functions, classes)
* analyze and test exception situations of components and contract terms guiding their use
* build and analyze object solutions based on inheritance
* assess and develop systems based on dynamic binding and polymorphism
* generalize object solutions of special cases to generic solutions
* apply the mathematical principles of data type compatibility in inheritance and in subtype
and parametric polymorphism
* recognize, classify and apply basic characteristics of objects (equivalence, comparability)
* use and extend generic collective structures
The course strengthens the following working life skills: creativity, multi-professionalism, problem
solving skills, information and communication technology skills and communication skills.
