Objectives
The aim of the course is to familiarize students and experienced researchers with the various crystallographic programs used in the determination of protein structures and their complexes. By the end of the course, it is expected that the participants will be able to solve the crystal structure of a protein from well-diffracting crystals using X-ray crystallography techniques and understand the terminology used in publications.
