This course focuses on issues relevant to corporate financial decisions. Corporate finance deals with issues relevant to investing in assets to produce profits, financing of the investments, and returning cash to the owners as well as the organization of the corporate governance of the company to maximize the value of the company. The analysis is relevant in principle to all types of the companies from private to public, from small to large multinationals. The emphasis is both on the theoretical issues as well as practical decision making.
