The purpose of the course is to provide an introduction to sociology of housing from a particular perspective emphasizing the historicity of social phenomena and focusing theoretically on actors and institutions. The course will cover conceptual and theoretical issues concerning housing as well as empirical research on housing issues. The focus will be in European housing.
