The course is studied independently. There are no lectures. What you have to do is the following:
1) read the materials
2) take the exam

The required readings are included below. You'll sit an electronic exam on exam.utu.fi. Questions will be based on this material. Due to the nature of the exam, it is highly recommended that you read all the materials carefully.
