The aim of the course is to develop student's knowledge-base on the strategy, planning, and operation of supply chains and to develop student's rudimentary analytical and decision making skills related to supply chain management.
Topics such as strategy, network design, demand-supply planning, inventory management, and collaboration, will be discussed from the supply chain perspective. Exercises include case-assignments and a role-playing simulation of a supply chain.
