Objectives

Knowledge and analytical skills acquired in the domain of organizational behavior are valuable in many important organizational areas such as recruitment and selection, personnel and leadership development, job performance and innovation, and employee well-being.

1. To increase readiness to ask and acquire evidence-based knowledge in the workplace. For example, understanding the importance of different sources of knowledge and observation in the organization: empirical research, expertise in the workplace, organizational data and stakeholders
2. Understanding of the selected core discussion themes and research such as leadership development and social networks in the domain of organizational behavior
3. Understanding about research-practice gap in the field of organizational behavior.
4. To participate in reflective dialogue that aims to develop analytical skills and argumentation
