Objectives

The systematic management of knowledge and innovation is integral to the success of any organization regardless of size and industry. In this course students will develop an understanding of different methods, practices and processes of creating knowledge and developing innovations in the product and service development contexts. In addition, students will understand modern day social and technological challenges associated with knowledge and innovation management, and their implications for organizations. The students will get familiar with the diverse theoretical perspectives and develop the capability to connect them with current organizational challenges and problems. The course develops organizational operation, problem-solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
