Objectives

The course introduces distinctive characteristics of business-to-business (B2B) markets, teaches B2B marketing theory, and encourages students to apply B2B marketing theory to practice. Students will learn the importance and the role of B2B markets in the economy and society, B2B markets as interaction in networks, and the creation, development, maintenance and, if necessary, ending of relationships with customers and other organizational stakeholders.
