Tavoitteet

Kurssin suoritettuaan opiskelija tietää, miten teknologiaa voidaan hyödyntää mielekkäästi kielenoppimisessa ja -opettamisessa sekä tuntee digipedagogiikan suuntauksia ja peruskäsitteitä. Hän osaa arvioida niitä kriittisesti sekä soveltaa niitä kielten oppimiseen ja opetukseen. Opiskelija osaa pohtia aihetta erilaisten kielikäsitysten ja kielenoppimiskäsitysten näkökulmasta sekä huomioida kestävän kehityksen ja eettisyyden näkökulmat teknologian opetuskäytössä. Opiskelija osaa myös hyödyntää ja arvioida erilaisia kielen oppimisen ja opettamisen tueksi soveltuvia teknologisia apuvälineitä. Opiskelija on oma-aloitteinen ja hallitsee tiimityöskentelyn periaatteet yhteisen tavoitteen saavuttamiseksi. Opiskelija motivoi muita projektiin osallistuvia omalla esimerkillään.

Tavoitteet

This course is designed for students who wish to improve their communication skills of the Korean language. Students will improve their speaking and listening skills through regular practice and speaking drills, expanding vocabulary and consolidating pronunciation. They will also learn about various aspects of the Korean culture. They will gain confidence in everyday use of Korean and enhance their conversational skills. The course is suitable for various levels, but a basic command of Korean is required. Thus it is strongly recommended that students have completed at least Elementary Korean I and II or have equivalent skills of the Korean language before attending this course. This course is a continuation of Korean conversation course I, but can be taken without taking Korean conversation course I first. Students will keep improving their communication skills through various tasks, expanding vocabulary and consolidating pronunciation. They will also learn more about various aspects of the Korean culture. They will gain more confidence in everyday use of Korean and enhance their conversational skills further. The course is suitable for various levels, but a basic command of Korean is required. Thus it is strongly recommended that students have completed at least Elementary Korean I and II or have equivalent skills of the Korean language before attending this course.
